Just Changing My Life From the Inside Out

 

Hey {name},

“Your future is all about how you feel right now.”

 

After reading this quote, what do you think?

My mind was blown.

When I heard this, it stopped me in my tracks.

“This makes so much sense,” I thought.

I think I gasped out loud.

Do you ever find yourself thinking….

 

‘When I get the house cleaned, THEN I can read a book for fun.”

“When the kids all get settled back in school THEN I’ll go to the gym regularly.”

“When I finish this big project THEN I’ll have time to stretch every morning and eat a healthy lunch”

 

Sound familiar?

This is normal. It’s not just you, many people do this.

And I used to do this too.

But here’s what happens when you do…

You accept being frazzled, overworked, and tired.

Because rest, organization, and self-care will come WHEN you get to a better place in your life.

I’m here to tell you – that better place won’t come by waiting for it.

We call this way of living delayed gratification.

How do I know this?

Because I was the Queen of delayed gratification and working my fingers to the bone.

I was also the queen of…

 

  • always being late
  • always working
  • waking up in the middle of the night to a racing mind
  • and just racing around everywhere

 

You’ll never guess what happened next.

A series of events brought me to reading books and listening to podcasts on personal and business development which led me to coaching.

I’ve been getting coached for over 2 years now.

Coaching has transformed everything.

It’s brought relief, peace, and calm to my once-crazed existence.

I finally found a real work/life balance.
