Here’s some delicious combinations of herbs and spices to use on your roasted parsnips:
 Mint and sage with a touch of honey—mix with hot vegetables after roasting
 Fresh ginger—toss with parsnips before roasting
 Honey—after roasting about 15 minutes, drizzle with honey and continue roasting
 Curry powder
 Harissa or chili powder

Peel and quarter parsnips into strips like french fries, toss with olive oil and spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
