Ingredients

 1 tbsp simple syrup
 1 tsp lime juice
 1.50 oz gin, maybe try Hendrick's to double down on the cucumber notes
 ice
 1 round slice of medium lime
 club soda
 1 round slice of Oak Spring Farm cucumber
 4 Oak Spring Farm mint leaves

Muddle the mint leaves at the bottom of a highball glass. Add simple syrup, lime juice and gin. Stir to mix them up. Place a lime slice into the glass followed by ice. Fill the remainder of the glass with club soda then float a slice of cucumber on top of the ice. Add a mint sprig as a garnish and a serve with a straight straw.
